Daily Racing Form Race of the Week - free past performances for two top stakes races weekly.
NTRA Road to the World Thoroughbred Championships - 2 or 3 races per week with Equibase PPs available 24 hours prior to the races.
Brisnet Race of the Day - free past performances for one of the top races of the day, can be from any track.
Thoro-Graph Race of the Week - free past performances for one top stakes race weekly. Registration required.
Brisnet Pick 4 - free past performances for four races, but only on weekends.
Free Past Performances for Specific Trainers, Farms, or Owners - free BRISnet past performances for races where the trainer, owner, or farms has a horse entered, usually more than one race per day.

BRISnet - Several choices of format for thoroughbred past performance data to fit just about any handicapping software. No Beyer figures, have their own BRIS speed figures which are actually quite good. Does offer comma delimited data for those who want to build their own database.
Daily Racing Form - Past performances available in PDF, Formulator, and other formats. PDF looks just like the print edition while their free Formulator software lets you customize the info shown.
Equibase - selling official programs with past performances, selections, lifetime PPs for an individual horse, and more.
Post Time Solutions - they took over the old Handicapper's Daily software and data files when they closed up. Sells racecards and comma delimited data.
TrackMaster - offers past performances in various formats along with other helpful reports and selections for thoroughbred, harness, and quarter horse racing.
USTA Harness Programs - past performances for all harness tracks just like you would buy at the track itself.
